Our Matinilla Fancy varital is blend of Caturra, Catuaí and Obatã, 100% Arabica coffee sourced from Matinilla La Libertad which is comprised of special lots that are farmed in the Central Valley and Tarrazú areas of Costa Rica. Matinilla is a micro-region located in Escazu.
 
The beans are a City/Full City medium roast; with a rich and robust flavour. Great as a morning pick-me-up. This coffee is ideal for espresso, cappuccino,  filter pour over and cafetières.
Tasting notes: chocolate, sultanas, hazelnut, and lemon.
